The property was well located near the centre of Chamonix. It is fitted with a cooking top, cookery and crockery for two persons.
It is tiny. There is no proper place for suitcases and/or sufficiently ample cupboard/wardrobe, in particular for two persons, and certainly not to handle ski clothing and adleisureware. To have some space a very disciplined regime is required to open the sofa bed for the night and close it for the morning. There is a hybrid sliding workspace/kitchentop/table which demands equal disciplined organisation to remain usable and operational
