Shop, supermarket, shopping centre 600 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 50 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Chamonix Mont-Blanc" 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4.4 km, sports centre 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Nearby attractions: Téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi 200 m, Train du Montenvers Mer de Glace 900 m. Please note: nightclub/disco close by.
1-room studio 22 m2 on 2nd floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony, north-east facing position. View of the mountains. Apartament was warm and clean but the condition was average, bit old fashion. Close to the town centre.

Le lieu est simple avec une place de parking. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. L'Avre fait un peu de bruit mais on s'habitue assez vite. Quelle vue sur le Brévent et Planpraz !!!
