Apartamento Villa Bruno con vistas al mar, primera línea de playa

The apartment is lovely and as per the photographs. It’s very well located with convenient access to the beaches to one side and the town to the other. Parking was easy too.

Unfortunately the construction work opposite was loud and took place from 9am to 5:30pm weekdays-this made enjoying the outside space an issue. Other than this the apartment was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, and the apartment is very cozy and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the terraces — they made the place feel even more special. We also really liked the town itself. It’s incredibly charming, without crowds of tourists, but still lively enough to feel the true atmosphere of the island. Another big plus of this place are the beautiful terraces and the location close to the sea. Unfortunately, we visited during a very windy period on the island (winds around 90–100 km/h), so we couldn’t really use the terraces. But we can easily imagine how wonderful it must be to spend time there in calmer weather. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place — it’s a very cozy apartment in a charming town with a lovely atmosphere. Overall, we liked everything about this accommodation and had a wonderful time.

The only small thing we noticed was the strong smell of cleaning products. The apartment was clearly very clean, which we appreciated, but for our personal taste the fragrances of the cleaning products were a bit too strong. We are used to using very mild or low-scent products at home, so the combined smell from the floor cleaner, sofa cleaner, and laundry detergent was quite noticeable and didn’t fully air out during our four-day stay. Of course, this is just a personal preference, but it might be worth considering using milder or less fragranced products in the future.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Lage ideal. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert. Sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Der Ort hat Charme.

Leider müssen wir große Abstriche für die direkte Umgebung machen. Direkt neben dem Appartementhaus befindet sich eine große Baustelle mit extremer Lärmbelästigung. Dies wird auch noch mindestens 3 Jahre bestehen. Sehr schade, der wirklich schöne Ort wird sich zum Nachteil verändern. Schade fanden wir, dass sehr viele Wohmobile wild in der Natur stehen. Gerade im Bezug auf Entsorgung und Naturschutz.

Das Apartment liegt in erster Reihe am Strand. Fußläufig kann man verschiedene Strände erreichen. Auch die Altstadt ist sehr für einen abendlichen Spaziergang und zum Abendessen zu empfehlen! Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber und geräumig. Auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr bemüht. Super sind die zwei Terrassen, welche mit Liegen und Polstern ausgestattet sind.

Wir waren im Juli 2026 im Apartment und müssen leider darauf hinweisen, dass die Umgebung im Moment wenig Ruhe bietet. Bis 2027 wird gegenüber ein großer Hotelkomplex gebaut was werktags (inkl SA) mit Baustellenlärm verbunden ist. Zusätzlich fand während unseres Besuchs ein großes Festival in der Nähe statt, wodurch viele Kanaren mit Wohnwagen angereist sind und nebenan geparkt haben. Während diesem jährlichen Festival ist auf jeden Fall mit einem erhöhten Lärmpegel, insbesondere Abends, zu rechnen. Das führt für uns leider zu der Bewertung 6 von 10, obwohl das Apartment selbst uns sehr gefallen hat.
