Recently renovated beachfront property in El Cotillo:Enjoy spectacular sea views and all the comfort in this modern and cosy property. It features two spacious bedrooms with large beds, a double sofa bed, two full bathrooms, and an ideal space for working. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and basic appliances. Additionally, there is a light well allowing natural light through its top grille, and a large terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

Due to the absence of stair railings and the presence of floor lighting grilles, we advise against the property for children under the age of 14.
