Good location, nice property

House was spacious with very good facilities. Beds were very comfortable. Having 3 toilets was good. Location very good - not far to a local shop and Dublin/Sligo road. Would definitely book again.

The wooden flooring must have been cleaned just before our arrival. Unfortunately, the smell of the cleaner/polish was overwhelming as you stepped through the door. The smell was so unusually strong that it felt like we could taste it e.g. when having a glass of water. Luckily, we spent very little time in the property. The smell did start to fade towards the end of the week but was still lingering on. Maybe a different product, or less of it, next time flooring cleaned woukd solve the issue.

Great house as a base

This was my 2nd stay in this house and I'm back in September we use it as a base for our fishing trips to toomans fishery which is only 12min away the area is very nice and a neighbour we spoke to was pleasant the beds are very clean and comfortable having 3 guys staying its handy having 2 bathrooms plus downstairs toilet and wash hand basin we intend to use the house at least twice a year

The only things I can be negative about and its minor is in the ensuite bedroom the shower floor is plastic and very slippy I nearly had a fall needs a rubber mat next in the house is we didn't know which bins are for what to recycle as colours are different to home we didn't want to look like folk who didn't care about our rubbish apart from this the house is perfect for us

May first holiday, wish it was longer - Woof! Woof!

Lovely house in a quiet estate just on the outskirts of Rooskey, nice neighbours, and what a beautiful area it is, with plenty of dog walks. Beds were very comfortable. Garden was perfect for our dog, she had great fun exploring her surroundings. This was her first stay away from home. Co-host Eliza was very welcoming to speak to on the phone and told me to phone her if we needed anything, but we did not need to, as everything we needed was in the house. Thank you so much and we are looking forward to a return visit.

Well equipped house in quiet location. Everything needed for a relaxed stay. Enclosed garden for our dog. Very accommdating re arrival times.

Would recommend adding about short-cut to town in house instructions. And opening times of bars! Never seemed to be open...but nothing to do with host.
