The staff was very responsive and this hotel is in an ideal location for downtown Alexandria! Easy to get in and out of the building and it’s a great deal. We had an issue with loud mechanical noise in the Jefferson Suite, but the proprietors responded quickly and moved us to a different room immediately.
The floor tiles and fixtures in the bathroom were all loose, which doesn’t seem like a big deal, but we were worried to step on the tiles and crack them so I found myself avoiding the room while getting ready! Still overall a great deal for the area.

No decaf Nespresso pods. And nowhere to buy them. Three flights of stairs. No corkscrew. No bottle opener.
