The Queen Suite at Prince Street Inn

The location was perfect to enjoy Olde Towne Alexandria. Good value. The very center of King Street is one block away. The room was perfectly clean and everything brand new. Mostly: Nespresso machine.

Very sorry to say, many little things. Ready? Keypad entrance not easy. If I hadn't had a friend with me who was familiar with device, I would've struggled. Keypad failed one evening; calls and text not answered; left standing at entrance, fresh take-out food getting cold and soggy; I was let in by another guest. Air conditioning very complicated; heat was on when it should have been a/c - that took a day to figure out; blowing air on bed all night uncomfortable and annoying. Loud refrigerator; I turned it off every evening after first night. Constant beeping outside the room; figured it out last day of week-long stay; emergency alarm/fire device notification at entrance down the hall. No printed info booklet in room; where to buy Nespresso capsules? - I had a friend give me some; zero human interaction, horrible concept of noone on-site. More. I simply wouldn't stay here again even though there are some very nice things about the place.
