The Royal Suite at Prince Street Inn

Loved the look of the apartment, its location, and how fresh and nice everything was inside. Also really loved having an espresso maker in the room for the morning.

The interior keypad didn't work, but I was able to contact the host and get in. The host should DEFINITELY put her phone number in all the contact emails, though. I couldn't find it in any emails, and was lucky that the neighbors were in so I could get it from them. Also, the pillows were big and hard. Would have been nice to have a couple of normal pillows on the bed, and maybe a couple of table lamps (the overhear lighting is really, really bright in there).

Water was not hot enough.

Location was great. Close to King St but quiet. I was able to find parking on the street in front of the building each night. The room was very comfortable and I loved the large historical windows. Alexandria is a charming town with a lot of thing to do close by or even a short drive away. I recommend the Shanandoah sky Drive.

It could us a floor lamp. The light options are the ceiling lights which are good for tasks or the lights over the bed, which are very low. A floor lamp by the couch for reading would make the room perfect. 😀
