Chiavari - a hidden gem of Liguria

excellent location, 2 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the railway station. nearby railway didn’t disturb us as we slept with air conditioning and closing balcony door. fantastic breakfast in nearby restaurant, car parking included in the price. we had all we needed!

it would be good to have some amenity to dry swimming wear and towels on the balcony

Modern new and close to beach, we had a nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property was new and very close to the beach and restaurants.

The bedroom was small and given that the kitchenette and sitting area were all in this small area. It was fairly cramped. The balcony was the saviour. All in all we enjoyed the stay but it is a small area and right on the train line. The host was very nice and helpful!

one of my worst experience

the room had a balcony which was really nice. despite the bad weather.

the first really disappointing point was that the owner did not communicate to us via message that the adress communicated on booking was not the right one. so basically it took us 1h turning around to find the hotel. honestly she was not helpful at all. I think the fist thong to do in this situation it is maybe informing people at least a day before about the difficulty of finding the studio and also communicating a good indication. I really do not recommend it because it is so frustrating to having someone sending you few peace of information. the second point is that once finally arrived, I have noticed that the bed sheet was not clean and told the owner about it. her response was « if you are not happy go to find another hotel » at midnight, yes of course. the third point is the noise. it is really important to keep in mind that the owner live just next the room so every morning at 6 she start making big noise. Shen speaks so loudly which wakes us up. i find it not resting at all. definitely for all the reasons explained I will not recommend it. so many things I have already read in other’s comment and which she did not change or improve. so pitty when knowing that the room costed at least 110 euros per night!!!

Nice place close to beach to chill.

The location of the property was good, it was very close to beach, just 10 meters away. The host was pleasant to us, she answered many of our queries. It is located 10 mins walk from the station.

The host gave a wrong location initially, we had to walk close to 7KM from the initial GPS location mentioned in Booking.com website to the location she shared later.

Must Stay. Very Good Location. Closed to beach!

Everything was well explained. Host Ms Paola met us to go through the process of security and keys. The kitchen is a convertible to table. The bed is convertible to a table. there’s a terrace where we can sit outside but it was very cold. Location is super good. just across is the beach and restaurants. I needed to get a trolley as my luggage broke and she gave advised on where to get. we couldn’t open the last gate on our way out and she came to assist in just seconds!

Everything was good except a bit pricey for us!

it was faultless. I loved using the bike and the owner left some extra gifts on arrival for us. she also answered all my messages immediately. also very accessible to the sea front and the trails into the hills

Studio propre et bien situé (2min de la mer). Hôte très sympathique. Paola nous a donné beaucoup d' infos pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Place de parking privée.

Vu qu'il n y a pas de machine a laver, il serait judicieux de fournir un étendoir à linge.

e' stata una bella esperienza...ripeto nel periodo "più caldo" sarà ancora meglio!

Ottima posizione...8 minuti a piedi dal centro! Ottimo parcheggio. Penso che nel periodo maggio -settembre (ma anche qualche settimana in più!), potendo usufruire della splendida veranda, sarà perfetto...e si potranno usare le bici!!
