Quirky, compact and comfortable.

Quiet area, secure location, friendly owners, comfortable bed, good range and of local shops within walking distance. Clever use of space, good heating, toaster, kettle, hotplate and fridge, USB charging point available, electric fan for warm days, and - unusually even in multi-starred hotels - good quality loo rolls! The shower was very good.

Of necessity, the shower room was small, and the wash basin was tiny. Otherwise, it's great.

♡♡♡ I SERIOUSLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT ENOUGH! ♡♡♡ The location is perfect, well away from the city centre. However, still close to main bus routes, train station, shops & attractions etc. A very spacious tidy apartment, compared to some places I've stayed at. It has everything you need to cook, with some very much enjoyed complementary orange juice & cereal bars. ( Many thanks Joy! ) Also, very close to a Toby Carvery go onto" TOO GOOD TO GO" APP, GET A HUGE MEAL FOR ONE £2.99!!! VEGAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE! Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk in fridge. After my long journey down from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 a cup of tea was very appreciated & refreshing. Bed is so comfortable, had brilliant sleeps. Lovely on site garden to enjoy! Loved the birdsong! T.V with plenty of channel choice, free wifi, Very relaxing environment overall. I was visiting family & friends, my school pal came over for a few hrs & she was impressed with it too! Great support & communication from staff. I love it, the best apartment ever!! I had an accident, caused a minor breakage, informed staff straight away & they were lovely about it. Can't wait to stay again, this is my go-to now!!! So very glad & happy that I found it! ♡♡♡ ♡♡♡

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed we had everything we needed for our stay including extra touches such as, tea, coffee, orange juice and crossiants for breakfast.The hosts were informative and kept us informed if we needed to ask again.The room was lovely and cosy and we would recommend to family and friends if they were visiting Liverpool.We came to from Newcastle to visit our friends for the weekend and we will definitely return to stay here.

Suburban hideaway.

Located within walking distance to Sefton and Otterspool parks. 7 mins walk to basic shops as a little further to local restaurants.A longer walk or short taxi ride to the busy restaurant and bar area of Lark Lane. The flat itself is small but comfortable and clean . It has an area to make tea and coffee, both are provided, a microwave and a small twin hob is there if needed. A drop down table and stools are also near the ' kitchenette' The bathroom is compact and fully stocked, shower pressure is ok and the water is hot. The bed takes up most of the room, which isn't a problem unless you have mobility issues. The mattress and pillows are ( in my opinion) in need of replacement, the mattress has a foam memory topper which provided no benefit, the. Pillows are budget and have lost all shape and again are pretty redundant . The duvet had ' pancaked as ' my visit was in December during a pretty hard cold spell it didn't provide that much thermal retention. The room is heated by 2 electric wall heaters which were switched on for my arrival. I tend to sleep with a window open and no heating , as there is no openable window within the main body of the bedroom save the patio doors , and the small window in the bathroom. This could be a problem in the summer also as air is not easily refreshed unless you switch on the bathroom light to activate the fan which is quite loud. I was conflicted as wether to leave the heating on when I left the property for the day, I opted to turning it down to low and closing the curtains which covered the large patio door again a small tweak could be put in place during winter by replacing the lightweight curtains with thermal heavier ones which will help to retain the heat in the room. All in all a quiet and useful space at a good price , convenient location and well kept. I didn't have any contact with the host.

Fantastic little annexe that feels like home!

This annexe may as well be a home! Other than the size it was a perfectly comfortable dwelling for us over the xmas period! It has hot water, fast WiFi, electric heating, and appliances! (You're only short of a washing machine and iron). The shower and toilet facilities are great. The fridge was well stocked as was the kitchen area in general with tea, coffee and sugar! The host is readily available for help via text/email and the instructions are clear.

No headboard on bed to protect head/back against cold exterior wall if propped up for reading. There was uncomfortable pillowcases during our visit that had buttons on them which we just used in reverse, very odd design for something you rest your head on. I believe a king size quilt is more suitable for a double bed used by couples.

Very clean, modern, great facilities for such a limited space. Very happy with my stay. Nikhil answered the phone everywhere I had a query.

I mean, the size was a bit of a shock for the price. But it was a bank holiday weekend, so everywhere was expensive.
