We had a wonderful stay! A huge plus was being able to check in earlier, which was very convenient for us. Communication with Fabrizio was excellent – he was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location is fantastic and everything met our expectations. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended :).

Excellent location, very close to the Vatican and within easy walking distance of St. Peter’s Square. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially important during the hot weather in Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant two-night stay.

Difficult communication with staff getting into our room. The process was confusing and a long delay before getting help into our room.
