I had a great experience staying at Charming Rome. It’s a small, very clean, and well-maintained hotel in a safe and quiet area. The location is excellent—you can walk to the Vatican in about 8 minutes, and most of the main attractions are within a 30-minute walk. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby, which made everything very convenient.
One of the highlights was the communication. The staff is very friendly and responsive, and they stay in touch through WhatsApp, making everything easy from check-in to daily questions. They can also help arrange transfers, and the company they work with was reliable, punctual, and very pleasant.
The room was spotless and comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches. Breakfast includes a fresh-baked croissant, and there’s a coffee machine with a nice selection of coffee and tea, along with snacks. The small refrigerator in the room is stocked with juices, water, yogurt, fruit, and other items, which is a great bonus.
Overall, it’s a quiet, welcoming place with excellent service. I would definitely recommend Charming Rome to others and would happily stay there again.

The location , the place everything was amazing . If maybe they could have someone at the front desk earlier than 10 am that would make this place even better .

Thei Airconditioning was a problem. It didn’t work well and communication with the team was a problem. For tourists, it’s important to have a team that speaks English

We loved our stay at Charming Roma! It was a quiet and clean boutique hotel. The breakfast was PERFECT… fruit, yogurt, and juice stocked in our mini fridge each day and a fresh croissant each morning! In fact, our last day, they accidentally forgot to stock our fridge for the next morning (and we were departing early), and the owner and his son took a special trip out of their way to make sure we were taken care of!!!! That was above and beyond anything expected!!! They wanted to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and taken care of in every way! Thank you for making our stay so great!
