Villa Sayang Sanur VII

Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell im Zentrum und bei den Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Frühstück war ok. Die Zimmer und Betten waren gut.

Leider gab es keinen Kleiderschrank, so musste man aus dem Koffer leben. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad waren leider nur minimal. Nach der ersten Nacht gab es kein Wasser im Bad. Jeden Tag wurde vom Personal eine sehr detaillierte Check-Liste abgearbeitet (1,5 DIN A4 Seiten), die die Verluste an Inventar (Diebstahl, Bruch) dokumentieren soll. (z.B. Anzahl Messer, Gabeln usw.). Es ist verständlich, dass man bei schlechten Erfahrungen mit einigen Gästen, die Kosten an die Gäste vor der Abreise weiterbelasten möchte. Hier wäre eine etwas dezentere Vorgehensweise wünschenswert.

We loved the Villa, it was huge with private pool. Very comfortable and very helpful staff. Great breakfast, close to shops and excellent restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoyed Villa Sayang. The location was so close to amazing restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The resort had beautiful gardens and a nice restaurant that we had breakfast at everyday. Some negatives were the mosquitos, we couldn’t sit in the lounge room in our Villa they were so bad even with mosquito repellent my kids were so badly bitten. Even though we had our Villa cleaned by housekeeping everyday. some things weren’t cleaned properly such as the bathroom and floor, my little girl was sick from a stomach virus and I had told housekeeping but they didn’t clean the floor of the bathroom properly or on the tiles downstairs only sweeping. Maybe mopping with disinfectant would be appropriate especially to not spread any bacteria or virus. Even those two things were a negative we still enjoyed our stay.

On arrival it was pouring down with rain, our Taxi pulled up in front of the reception area, the 2 hosts behind the desk made no attempt to render assistance ie coming to the door of the car with umbrellas. Instead i got soaked making my way to the desk. The breakfast, standard western, almost all of it was cold I let the waitress know, the next day it was hot, however it then reverted back to being cold. So we then started to eat out for breakfast. and return only for lunch. The villa looked great. Three bedrooms all with air con, the living area was open to the elements so very HOT to get relief from the heat we resorted to the bedrooms. The pool was over chlorinated or too much pool acid, as my tee shirt turned purple and it tarnished a Stirling silver ring my daughter was wearing, And yes it is verified as solid silver. Each time we passed the reception desk there was never a smile or hello, just the young lady staring down at her phone.
