Lovely location, having a restaurant on site and a large pool plus a private pool was fantastic. 10min walk to the beach and 2mins to a vast collection of restaurants and shops
nothing, everything was lovely

Pool was lovely. Location terrific. Good value for money. Indonesian breakfasts were good. Staff lovely and helpful. Great aircon in room.
Beds were hard. Towels and sheets were old and yellowing. No tea or coffee supplied in villa, and no milk available for breakast tea or coffee. Bacon that came with breakfast was not even recogniseable as bacon - was some weird processed mystery meat! Very limited selection at restaurant. Couldn't charge room service to room, had to pay each time, very annoying. List of 'rules' and item inventory offensive. There was no sense of hospitality.
