Great little trip with family.

Lovely, modern property in a great location for Dolgellau, Fairbourne or Barmouth (both 20 mins away).

Boiler is quite noisy and might keep you up at night if you’re sensitive to noise at night.

Good area

Great area clean and tidy property

Microwave didn’t work and was reported but no reply, shower is also faulty not possible to make colder So couldn’t use it.

Great location for walking in the friendly town of Dolgellau. The Toll House is ideal.

Ideal location for walking/visiting the nearby coast. Comfortable cosy and generally well-equipped cottage.

I'm being really picky now , since you asked! A larger duvet on the double bed and preferably a king sized bed too. A set of kitchen scales in the otherwise well-equipped kitchen. A clothes line outside - we ended up using more heating than we would ordinarily because there was nowhere to efficiently dry clothes. BTW - we fixed the dining room chairs; one had a missing screw which made it unsafe, and the others all had loose screws - a known issue with this type of chair. The fixer is a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers but the design of these chairs means they should be checked regularly as they will work loose again.

A good value apartment in a great location.

Great views. My train mad son could watch steam trains from his bedroom window. It’s a big apartment. Great location for steam train station, bus stop, shops. There was some pretty colourful furniture. There were extra blankets.

I think a clothes airer/rack would be good addition. We travelled with small bags and so needed to wash underwear. The beds were noisy.

Spacious and comfortable house in great location

Lighting for reading was poor. Little storage space in bedrooms. No egg cups. Lack of on-site parking and garden a pity but due to location, which was otherwise excellent.

comfortable, well equipped, location near centre of Dolgellau, value for money.

the road is generally quiet except l for occasional heavy goods vehicle, outside space needs tidying up.
