Beautiful location, perfect for a mini break

As there was no heating or hot water it was a very stressful start to our break . As 3 of the party left ,booking .com managed to find us an alternative property in the evening . It really was stressful .

Fabulous location. Very clean on arrival. Comfortable beds and excellent bed linen. Blessed by perfect weather for mid October. Utility room with plenty of space for boots, coat hanging, washing and drying machines with a very cosy downstairs bathroom.

Minor quibbles. Booking.com system removed important link in mails from host about parking. Parking permit had expired. No heating instructions provided. A top bedroom was colder than the others (possibly a damp problem) and the sitting room was also not well heated. The kitchen was under supplied for a party of 8 adults, e.g. pan sizes, serving dishes, number of glasses etc, and we struggled with only 6 of us.

Fantastic Weekend Away!

Very spacious accommodation, well equipped with 1-hour parking outside for unloading/loading. It's just a very short walk into the centre of Dolgellau, an amazing small town with an abundance of pubs & places to eat, with plenty of scenic walks within easy reach.

Parking is limited in Dolgellau, but we used JustPark to book a weekend space at Coop car park, which is cheap and only a 5 minute walk.

Fantastic stay will be back

So close to the town centre and shops. Lots of space for all of us. Plenty of towels and lots of hot water to allow for 6 of us.

Asked for 2 rooms to be single beds, they were made up as kings but we easily worked around it

Family weekend

Lovely house, bedrooms are spacious and for a bigger party there was more than enough space in the house without feeling cramped. Good basic items available but don't forget your own cleaning tablets if you want to use the dishwasher/washing machine! Washing up liquid is provided. There is no outside space/garden at the house, but there is a park not too far to walk your dog. 4 large bedrooms, one just needs a little TLC but otherwise all very good rooms, comfy beds and good quality pillows and quilts. The house is in the centre of town, lots of lovely little eateries and pubs. Would definitely recommend and happily return, beautiful property.

Quiet weekend in North Wales

Great location and good space in the house over 3 floors.

Unfortunately there were issues with the heating when we arrived, with the boiler being turned off and it being freezing temperatures outside. It took about 18 hours for the house to get warm, but good response by the owner to try and resolve it. Lounge was not particularly cosy as no curtains in the windows and no working fireplace.

Spacious comfortable town house in a great location

Spacious property across three floors. Lovely comfortable beds with really good quality bedding and linen. Amazing showers. Nice soft carpeting upstairs. Centrally located in the town and very near to shops, pubs and restaurants with a local spar literally round the corner. Would stay again as I really liked the house and town.

Not very comfy sofas in the lounge & quite poky compared to the rest of the house. Heating was a bit erratic - v hot in bedrooms and bathroom but cold in lounge. Felt a bit stingy to charge £38 for early check in from 2pm (instead of 4pm) despite the fact the property had been cleaned and could be accessed via key lock. We only wanted to drop off luggage before an afternoon walk so ended up checking in later after 5.

Great stay

Great location, house is done to a very high standard, very comfortable.

Would have been helpful to have two parking permits, for a house with 8 beds it's unlikely that everyone arrives in one car. Small items like shower gel, dishwasher tablets would also help guests.

Lovely house in a small village.

Location is perfect. A small village with a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Beds were incredibly comfortable and all a generous size! We slept very well! Kitchen, dining room and living room were all comfortable and clean.

The plumbing was a bit confusing, hot & cold was the wrong way around on the taps and shower. There is no car parking at the house, so you have to walk to the town car park which was a 6 minute walk. The house didn’t have some small but essential items like washing up liquid, there was 1 hand wash between 3 bathrooms.
