Small confusion over the lock box but quickly and easily resolved

Parking. Only one space and then had to pay extra for parking a 2nd car. Handles falling off the doors. No supply of wood for wood burner, even if a small supply would help it to be cozy

No extras ie shower gel Needs a few things done , door handle came off in my hand . No latch back gate. Quilt was very heavy no option for sheet. Bins seem to be an issue with recycling.

The check-in process was seamless! We received the key safe code via text just a few hours before arrival, which was incredibly convenient. When traveling, it’s easy for long check-in instructions to get lost in emails — but that timely text was a real lifesaver. The house itself is spacious, with three main bedrooms and a game room that my teenager absolutely loved. Having two bathrooms was perfect for us as two families traveling together. The bedding was high quality, and there were more than enough towels provided. The kitchen was very well equipped — with a coffee machine (though we wish we’d known in advance so we could have brought the right pods, as the nearby shops didn’t carry them), a blender, and even some extras you don’t usually find in Airbnbs. We also noticed a cot bed and high chair available, which would be great for families, though we didn’t need them this time. There was plenty of storage space with cupboards and drawers throughout the house. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like soap at every sink and hand wash basin, plus the lovely surprise of a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, convenient, and memorable!

The only thing I would have preferred is if the house didn’t allow pets, as one of us is allergic to pets. That said, the house was spotless — no stains or pet hair anywhere, which we really appreciated.

We loved staying in this beautiful house set over three floors. It's so bright and spacious with everything you could need provided. We loved the mix of original features and modern facilities. The beds were so comfortable it was difficult to get up and head out exploring some days! Secure parking close by was really helpful. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. A small problem was quickly sorted during our stay. Situated in the town of Dolgellau it meant that we had shops and pubs on the doorstep.

It would have been great to have a bit of space to use in the courtyard at the back. There are several large bins taking up most of it.

Exceptionally clean. Everything needed was to hand. Nice bottle of Prosecco was left which was a nice touch

Very clean and within walking distance to all restaurants and pubs with spa literally 2 minute walk

Central location and great house for couples as each floor has its own bathroom.

Recycling info out of date (2024 calendar for collection days) . Two of the boxes were missing resulting in the green bin over flowing in the very small back yard. Bin bags on the ground left by previous occupiers making it very unsightly.
