Great location for us. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. The house was perfectly clean and the beds were comfy. It was more to have a garden to sit out as the weather was so nice.
Only thing we could have used was an electric fan. But recognise that the sort of heat we experienced at the beginning of our week is exceptional for York.
