Stay that could have been pleasant, but beware of many hidden fees The accommodation is beautiful, the view is stunning, and the interior is clean and properly maintained. Nadine is also welcoming, as long as everything goes according to her conditions; however, communication can quickly become tense if anything goes wrong. Nevertheless, I would like to warn future travelers: despite the quality of the place, the experience sometimes feels similar to Ryanair, with a long list of additional charges you must anticipate. Here are the details: ⸻ 1. Fees clearly displayed on Booking.com • €10 per day for parking. • €15 per person per day for breakfast. • €16 per night for a baby cot. • €100 per night for an extra bed for a child. ⸻ 2. Fees discreetly mentioned in the “fine prints” These details are hidden in a hard-to-find section that even the Booking.com France customer service could not locate: • €19.90 per person for bed linen, normally optional but imposed since it is already installed without prior consultation. ⸻ 3. Fees not displayed or only discovered upon arrival • €30 to use the fireplace. • Additional fees if you exceed 10% of the average electricity consumption (no clear rate provided). • €50 per hour if you leave the accommodation after 10 a.m. on departure day. • €70 potential cleaning fee (particularly if you forget to empty the trash bins before leaving). • €50 if you arrive earlier than the scheduled check-in time (even slightly). • Important: if no bed linen is used, it is stated that a high cleaning fee of €80 per person will be charged (“If no bed linen is used, we will have to charge you the high cleaning costs of 80 € / person”). ⸻ 4. Security deposit and payment conditions • A €300 cash deposit is required upon arrival. • An additional €500 may be charged after your departure if any damage is found in the apartment. ⸻ 5.

Not recommended

This was the worst place I stayed. If you’re considering booking this property please don’t and find something else. When we arrived the house overall looked messy and the territory was dirty and under construction. After we checked in, the host started cleaning all this mess, running around our balcony with other people and looking at our windows. This continued until around 9pm. Around 11pm the host was completely disrespectful and started cleaning the apartment upstairs , she did that for the whole night until 4am. I asked twice to have some respect and silence and they started vacuuming and moving furniture even more, while we were trying to sleep downstairs. I never experienced such a disrespectful behavior. She said that she’s leaving early morning and have to clean the apartment upstairs. This is completely unacceptable and they should not rent a place. I was able to resolve this and get refund through Booking. But I have never experienced such a disgusting behavior and disrespect towards guests. Also there are few things that I want to mention too. The pillows are down and smell disgusting. This is not sanitary and should not be used in a guest house. The bedding looks 10 years old they tried to charge around 46€ for that. Overall my recommendation is stay away from this place.

I could say a lot but I’m going let bygones be bygones. all I would say is DONT BOOK UNLESS YOU SEE THE FINE PRINT OF PAYING FOR BED LINEN. i think its absolutely ridiculous that someone should have to pay for using the bed.

Magnificent view of the lake you will never forget. Beautiful and spacious apartment. Warm hearted host who makes you feel welcome and goes beyond length to make your stay a pleasurable experience. We had a very lovely time and are happy we have decided to stay in Nadin's home. Thank you so much.

Amazing property at a quiet location and very close to the beautiful town of Intra. Bella Vista Sul Lago has a panoramic view over Lago Maggiore and all the amenities needed to enjoy it. The premises were clean to perfection and the landlady was very kind and helpful making this a remarkable stay.

We loved our stay. A lovely little haven with gorgeous views.

A lovely clean apartment with stunning views. Nicely decorated and spacious. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the sun glistening over the lake. Nice quiet location. Glad we had a car though. The hostess was very friendly and and helpful, and gave us lots of recommendations.

Wifi connection wasn't as strong as it could be. Paying extra for bed linen felt unnecessary & pillows weren't very comfortable.

Ohne Einschränkung zum Wohlfühlen

Wie die Bewertungen vor mir schon bestätigt haben, das Apartment war makellos sauber und die Einrichtung ist sehr stimmig und hochwertig. Es war alles vorhanden für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Balkone die fast um das ganze Apartment reichten, sind mega, egal zu welcher Tageszeit, es findet sich immer ein schönes Plätzchen. Und die Aussicht ist grandios. Der Kaminofen ist im Winter ein super Bonus und der Sessel am Kamin wurde am Abend immer genutzt. Nadin war super zuvorkommend und Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, bzw. es wurde nachgefragt, ob alles passt oder irgendwas benötigt wird.

Tatsächlich muss ich auch hier einer vorherigen Bewertung zustimmen. Die Kissen sind nicht gut und sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Und die Bettbezüge aus Mikrofaser passen einfach nicht zur restlichen hochwertigen Ausstattung. Die zusätzlichen Kosten (Parken, Bettzeugs etc.) sollten tatsächlich etwas transparenter dargestellt werden.

Perfekte Unterkunft, um außerhalb des Trubels auszuspannen mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Aussicht von der großen Terasse auf den See ist überwältigend. Loungemöbel und ein Essplatz mit großem Tisch laden zum Relaxen ein. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch in der Küche findet man alles, was man so braucht. Grillen ist leider nicht erlaubt. Check-in und Check-out ist unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Als Erstes voraus: Die Unterkunft ist in Wirklichkeit viel schöner als auf den Fotos :) 1. Gastgeber: Herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war angenehm und unkompliziert. 2. Ausstattung: Modern, hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. 3. Sauberkeit: Tadellos! Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft blitzsauber und gepflegt. 4. Komfort: Sehr bequeme Betten, ruhige Umgebung und eine Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. 5. Lage: Ein absoluter Traum! Der Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ist spektakulär – besonders bei Sonnenaufgang. 6. Schlüsselübergabe: Reibungslos und flexibel. Der Gastgeber war entgegenkommend und freundlich. 7. Gesamteindruck: Ein Ort, den man nicht vergisst. Die Kombination aus Aussicht, Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft macht ihn einzigartig.

Die Bettwäsche ist nicht im Preis enthalten und ist bei kurzfristiger Anreise nicht mehr abwählbar. Die Kissen fand ich etwas zu flach.

Fantastisch uitzicht, prachtig apartement, heel schoon.

Extra bedrag voor badhanddoeken was niet in verhouding tot appartement-prijs. Ook was het prijsbeleid op Booking- site niet duidelijk beschreven; wij werden "gematched" volgens gastvrouw, op extra bedrag voor parkeren en extra bedrag voor schoonmaak, etc. Het komt vriendelijker over als je misschien een wat hogere basisprijs vraagt en dan geen extra bedragen vraagt voor allerlei bijzaken.

Eine super Ferienwohnung mit zentraler Lage und Top Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin, super höflich mit Tagesaktuellen Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Essens-Möglichkeiten. Unterkunft als solche in mitten von italienisches Gassen. Einrichtung ist sehr modern und top sauber gewesen.

Trotz eines super Preisleistungsverhältnises möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher nicht im Buchungspreis inkludiert sind! Hier möchte ich für mehr Transparenz appellieren.

Тихое и уютное место на берегу озера. Потрясающие панорамные окна и вид из окна по-настоящему зачаровывает и завораживает. Это была одна из остановок нашего путешествия по Италии и Швейцарии. Могу сказать одно - эти апартаменты были лучшими! Я занималась йогой на просторной террасе, спасибо за коврик для йоги в номере. Вечером мы с мужем готовили салат и пили вино с фруктами в романтической прохладе озера. Теркса действительно огромная и их несколько. Хозяин - милая и красивая Надин. Я благодарна тебе за наши лучшие 2 дня, проведённые в гостях! Это место - самый настоящий кусочек рая.
