Nice stay but price/content too expensive. Support form Logo Reisen and their rep was substandard
The house is nicely located at the Lagio Maggiore and is 'cool' even in heat periods.
The person who treated the delivery of the keyus was very inprofessional We had to copy our ID cards ourselfs and have it sent to her by Whatsapp without (i) clear explanation on the reasons why this was needed, (ii) no confirmation that GDPR was going to be complied with and (iii) what security measures are adopted. When we had not deliverted the docs within 12 hours after arrival - due to technical problems - we were informed that the police was going to intervene. In addition, the hour of arrival, whilst confirmed a long time before, was not complied with as the house 'had to be desinfected at least 5 hours before arrival. In the end, the 'excuses' advanced by the persoin were unfeasable and thus the proposed hoiur of arrival impossible. We had to wait more than half a day extra as the cleaning was not done (and disinfectation not done at all ? ). At last, all pictures pressented were real, that being said that : (i) there is a road between the house and the 'garden', (ii) the terrace under the trees was somewhat 250 m away from the swimming pool and (iii) the view over the lake was only true when staying on the balcony on the first floor of the house .In brief, misleading pictures.
