The property is really perfectly situated to the harbour and it’s easy to get out and about.
It is a little dated but it had everything we needed and it was clean.
The balcony is the best part about this apartment, it’s quite large and has a stunning view of the sea.
The host has been really lovely and allowed us early and late check out.
My only criticism is the bed and mattress, they weren’t very comfortable.

Deze accommodatie bevalt mij als alleenreizende (voor de derde keer) omdat het eenvoudig en compact is, een fijne leesstoel en een stevige parasol heeft op het prima balcon met uitzicht op de oceaan en het haventje; de smart tv een oneindige keuze internationale zenders biedt, het bed en de douche goed zijn en ook de keuken heel goed uitgerust is. De locatie is heel prettig en rustig, er is gelukkig geen doorgaand verkeer. Je ziet vanaf het balkon de vissers hun netten boeten. Voor het strand moet je wat verder lopen, maar dat is goed te doen. Een kleine supermarkt is vlakbij, dus zo weer thuis met de zware waterflessen. Ik voelde mij volkomen safe.
Het is jammer dat er ietwat achterstallig onderhoud is.

Sehr schöner Pool, Kühlschrank solide, Balkon passt, TV mit Grundausstattung.
Es gibt zwei Schlüssel.
Kleines Gefrierfach, Bett sehr tief, Küche hat wenig Extras.
Der Check-in lief leider gar nicht.
Obwohl die Kombination stimmte, konnten wir den Tresor nicht öffnen.
Weder telefonisch noch persönlich wurde uns der Fehler genannt.
Somit warteten wir über eine Stunde auf Einlass.

Siamo una coppia arrivata a inizio gennaio 2026. Il punto forte della casa è la posizione comoda e strategica per vedere l’isola, soprattutto andando sul lato destro della costa a piedi si vede una meraviglia. Poi la facilità nel trovare i parcheggi gratuiti in prossimità della casa e sicuramente il balconcino sul mare veramente carino. Abbiamo preso il sole molto spesso dopo pranzo nelle ore più calde, abbronzandoci.
Siamo arrivati e il meccanismo per aprire il cancello non funzionava con apposito codice, come da istruzioni dell’host (il quale aveva detto di essere passato recentemente ed era tutto ok, secondo lui).
Abbiamo scoperto poi - tentando - che il cancello era rotto e si apriva spontaneamente senza chiavi. Lo abbiamo segnalato all’host e ci ha comunicato che era in riparazione ma non sono mai venuti ad aggiustarlo, perlomeno fino a 8 giorni dopo, quando siamo ripartiti.
La porta di casa intruppa il pavimento fino a metà apertura quindi è scomoda da aprire. In generale, la porta era un po’ “scassata” sotto.
L’acqua calda non è continuativa perché lo scaldabagno è piccolino, quindi da chiudere spesso e aspettare che ricarica (per le donne con capelli lunghi come me).
Sul soffitto appena arrivati c’era una scia di muffa con perdita che veniva da soffitto. Fortunatamente ancora non perdeva acqua e non l’ha fatto per tutto il tempo. Era un’inflitrazione.
Dato che l’Host aveva detto di essere passato recentemente, ci è parso molto strano. Lo abbiamo avvisato e ha allertato subito l’amministrazione. Tuttavia, abbiamo solo sentito i lavori sul tetto ma nessuno si è mai affacciato dentro per controllare, pur avendo inviato le foto.
