About this apartment rental
Our lovely studio has south facing views over 2 solar heated swimming pools joined by a waterslide, looking over the harbour and across the sea to Fuerteventura.
The privately owned complex is small and friendly with pool bar and terrace offering a selection of food and drink throughout the day. There are many sun-lounges and parasols to relax in the sun all day. The complex is situated in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen and within easy walk to many fantastic restaurant's.

Our studio is fully furnished with new kitchen, microwave ,hob ,fridge, toaster and kettle, all utensils, crockery , cutlery and glasses. Fold down table for eating in
Twin beds, bedside cabinets, chest of draws, cupboard with hangers, Fibre TV with full international channels, live sports free Wifi
Separate bathroom with washbasin , toilet and shower, and
provided with 2 beach towels , all bath towels and linen.
Additional equipment : hairdryer, ironing facilities, electric fan
Outside : Patio with 2 sunbeds , parasol ,table and 2 chairs
NOTES :
Bedding and towels are provided and changed weekly
A key safe box outside with code provided for keys prior to arrival.

The apartment is on a friendly complex perfectly situated for the old town. The terrace gets sun from early morning till late afternoon and has comfortable padded sun lounges and seats to enjoy it. The pool area seemed clean and popular although we did not use it. Appeared to be plenty loungers if required. All local restaurants we used were good quality and price. Big shout out for the Nags Head for good beer, sports and very friendly and accommodating service. All in all we had a great week and would definitely return. Complex WiFi did not reach apartment would be our only area of improvement.
