Расположение отличное. Старый город . Все в пешей доспутности.
Диван в гостиной неудобный . Была бы отлично его заменить и стройка. Балкон выходит прям на стройку. Спать не очень.

Новый дом, квартира очень чистая, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания
Строящийся рядом дом закрывает вид. Из за этого в квартире мало света.

Светлые и чистые апартаменты, оснащенные всем необходимым для проживания. В пешей доступности от бульвара и набережной
Не недостатки, но нюансы: - строящаяся секция дома напротив окон - во влажных помещениях небольшие следы грязи либо плесени в углах швов (задача для парогенератора) Ещё нам не повезло - во всем городе на 2 дня отключали газ, соответственно в квартире не было горячей воды
