Captain's Cottage

The house was very homey and comfy.

The wifi or the tvs didn't work during the whole stay except the first night we were there. So we didn't get to come to the house and relax and watch TV at the end of the long day, also the kitchen has pots and pans but nit many. Not enough to really make a big dinner.

I love everything about the house. Me my husband, sister cousin in-laws and my good girl friend was all who stayed for Newyear's eve weekend. Smooth transition checking in the host was very prompt on codes, WIFI, and rules. The house was so clean and comforting it came with everything you needed and more if you choose to travel with kids, it is accommodated. The location is great close to local stores, grocery if needed. When we arrived i was even asked if we would like a late check out for a small fee, so we did which was 2pm. Overall it was the most relaxing home i have stayed in and can't wait to return. This a business i am choosing to pick up traveling to see different place to stay for travel references.

I did not like the fact it was a 4-bedroom 2 full bath house only 2 of the bedrooms had televisions. I also did not like that 2 bedrooms had bunk beds they were queen and nice, but everyone doesn't want to climb to go or get out the bed. Maybe just one set of bunk beds.

The location of the property was very convenient. The space was very functional,beautiful, and well put together.

The kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. Check out rules we’re complicated- we were expected to replace the linens and towels. It was unsure whether we had to make the beds or not. If a cleaning service was paid for, this should not be renters responsibility.

The home was beautiful.
