Die Lage und der Balkon sind die Highlights. Auch Verwalterin Gina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit
Ich habe noch nie in einer so lieblosen eingerichteten Wohnung gewohnt. Keine Klimaanlage und bei offenem Fenster wird man Nachts von Stechmücken überfallen. Mit dem Auto kommt man aufgrund ZTL nicht an die Wohnung. Mülleimer gab es auch nicht. Wirklich keine schöne Wohnung.

L’arredamento è ridotto ai minimi termini, i sanitari di bassa qualità e doccia con telo molto scomoda. poltrone lise, divano consunto, maniglia di frigorifero rotta , lavandino scheggiato…), anche l’intonaco è sbeccato è pieno di segni

Location and size of the property.
Mostly everything was ok. Needs little touches, ie. shelf in the shower. Mugs instead of little cups which we bought. Wi-Fi not strong and had issues a couple of days.

Well the view and location was fantastic, and the space was large, but that is about all that is worth staying at this place...it was about 250 US a night...more than I have ever spent on a stay in Europe...but not worth it.
First they ask you to pay a deposit..I have stayed in many apartments here...I have never had to do that...tied up a lot of cash...because you couldn't do the deposit on a credit card.
But more importantly...things were kind of rundown..the towels had makeup stains on them, the toilet seat was broken in the main bathroom and the wash machine was broken...
Which was actually really needed when I got sick the second day.
To be honest I would recommend staying somewhere else in Alassio
