We had the The shower was in the bathtub and you had to sit down to use it. For me and the baby no problem, but for my tall husband it was a bit difficult.

Relaxing and luxurious

Newly renovated, nice furniture. Relaxing swimming pool area.

We stayed in the studio, the bathroom had too low ceiling that made it almost impossible to shower, the only way is to use the bath tub.

Fantastic!

As soon as you enter the premises, you can see the luxery. We were received by a wonderful host. The apartment was perfect: kingsize bed, good shower, cooking facility and nice view on the garden. The service was also perfect. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we can recommend it for sure. Thanks for everything!🙏

Amazing apartments & value for money! Fresh new, rooms & whole territory looks awesome, super nice host with consumer centric attitude (with welcome treats in the fridge!), very close to the beach. Would recommend to anyone. Had amazing 3 days, would come back to the same place again and again.

Alassio und die Umgebung ist Traumhaft.

Es war wunderschön. Eine neu renovierte Anlage mit den ganzen Palmen drumherum. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Aber da kann man drüber hinwegsehen. Sehr freundliches Personal

Das einzige was nicht ideal war, ist dass es im Dachgeschoss durch die Dachschrägen nicht ideal zum Duschen ist.

Sehr geräumiges Appartement mit hohem Ausrüstungsstandard. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Privater Parkplatz für 10 EUR/d

Private Strandplätze zunächst nicht verfügbar und dann im Vergleich zu Angeboten vor Ort mit 60-70 EUR vs. ca. 30-50 EUR. viel zu teuer.

Schöne Anlage, unverständlich, dass zu dem Preis sonst rein gar kein Service vorhanden ist.

Pool, die gesamte Anlage ist top und sehr schön!

Für eine so schöne und edle Location muss mehr Service her. Man kann keine Getränke kaufen, es gibt einfach nichts. Am Pool werden nicht mal die Betten aufgebaut und die Schirme aufgeklappt. Obwohl alles toll ist und vorhanden.... Wir haben dann jeweils die großen Schirme selber aufgemacht und die Liegen darunter getragen.... Komisch echt! Auch gibt es keinen Strand an den man gehen kann ohne Reservation und 50€ Zusatzkosten... Im Apartment gibt es zwar eine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine ... Aber KEN Waschmittel oder Geschirrwaschmittel... Wenigstens ein zwei Tabs müssten doch dort sein....

Mi aspettavo molto di più.

Struttura bellissima soprattutto all'esterno. Nuova ristrutturazione. Bella piscina.

Personale non cortese. Abbiamo prenotato alle 16,30 e l'accoglienza non è stata buona. Ci sembrava di disturbare. Ci è stato detto che non era più possibile prenotare la colazione, scadeva alle 16. Senza far cenno all'intenzione di poterci provare. La doccia su tre solo uno di noi l'ha fatta calda. Perché il boiler sembra l avessero acceso solo al nostro arrivo. L'ospitalità non e' stato di certo il punto forte...tutt'altro. Abbiamo pagato il parcheggio !!! Una struttura isolata, con 2 cancelli per entrare e a ridosso della Ferrovia. Parcheggiare fuori sarebbe stato pressoché impossibile. Loro hanno un ampio parcheggio e far pagare il parcheggio mi è sembraci a dir poco inopportuno. In nessuna struttura simile ho mai pagato il parcheggio. Soprattutto in relazione al costo. L'interni nuovissimi e minimalisti. Forse anche troppo.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Apartment war super ausgestattet mit einer guten Küche, Waschmaschine etc. Alles super sauber und gepflegt ! Die ganze Anlage samt Pool wunderbar angelegt. Man konnte vom Boden essen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich , hilfsbereit und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Bis zum Strand sind es vllt 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

La struttura è andata molto oltre le nostre aspettative

Il titolare è venuto ad accoglierci personalmente, consegnando le chiavi e presentando la struttura in dettaglio. Accoglienza da 10 e lode. Il giardino collegato all'appartamento, il parcheggio interno e la piscina sono certamente elementi caratterizzanti e distintivi, soprattutto ad Alassio. La struttura di tre case è manutenuta in maniera magistrale e crea un'atmosfera molto accogliente e rilassante.

La struttura è andata molto oltre le nostre aspettative. Sarebbe davvero difficile trovare qualche aspetto negativo. Ci dispiace solo non avere avuto più tempo per prolungare il soggiorno!

מקום מציג את העצמו כיluxury, בפועל לא היו מיים חמים כדי להתקלח, לא היה שום שקית של תה, לא היה קומקום כדי לחמם מיים לתה, לאחר שפנינו לבעל המקום- ענה לנו שאפשר לחםם מיים במיקרו. חניה במקום luxury הייתה בתשלום נוסף.

Tolles, sauberes Appartment mit Waschmaschine

Super ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. Sehr sauber. Super liebes und nettes Personal. Wunderschöner Garten. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten für ein Frühstück standen im Kühlschrank bereit, was total lieb war. Separate Toilette ist sehr praktisch.

Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer fehlt, sodass wir uns leise ins Bad schleichen mussten, um das Baby nicht zu wecken. Die Züge fahren direkt hinter dem Parkplatz, man hört sie trotz geschlossener Fenster gut. Bei uns reichte das warme Wasser zum Duschen nur für 1 Person, danach war es etwas frischer. (Wir duschen aber auch lang)
