Please note that there is only one parking lot for the house and since it is a small private road it is not possible to park another car. The house is not suitable for those with disabilities as it is developed on two floors with external and internal stairs.
At the entrance of the first floor on the left cabinet there is the house policy and a google mini so you can turn on the hot water in home automation using the simple voice command "OK GOOGLE TURN ON HOT WATER", on the right side of the entrance door there is an electrical panel to restore power. Three bedrooms divided as follows: two double bedrooms with clothes racks available to hang clothes, wardrobe and chests of drawers.
Large French windows with a terrace shared with the two bedrooms and with a sea view of the Gulf of Capo Mele and a hill view where you can admire Moglio in complete relaxation.
A bedroom with a fixed single bed and the possibility of extracting the second bed, a desk with a chair and a large low cabinet, a large window overlooking the private garden. In addition, books are made available for reading to be put away after use.
This floor offers a very bright brick bathroom with a window overlooking the garden and is composed of a large mirror, sink, bidet, toilet and a bathtub / shower
From here you go down some very spacious internal marble stairs down to the living area on the ground floor where you will find on the left (under the stairs) a classic button that gives the possibility of turning on the hot water in no smart mode, on the right a large living room with three sofas and two armchairs, four wood-glass tables and a television. A library well stocked with books including the Treccani encyclopedia of 101 volumes to take a dip into the past in complete relaxation while admiring the panorama of the hills that the large windows offer.
Large living room with table and six chairs, very impressive antique pendulum column clock and a large terrace with sea and hill views with the possibility of eating outside in the open air and indoors from the terrace on the upper floor. Here there is a large wooden table complete with eight white plastic chairs. Also from the terrace you can access the barbecue area (also from the kitchen) available for guests but with the care of turning it off at the end of the barbecue with water. Furthermore, going down the external stairs you can access an additional private garden where there is a pepper tree, lemon trees, cedar and kumkat. From the living area you can access the eat-in kitchen equipped with a table with four chairs, fridge-freezer, sink, induction cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, electric grill, toaster, and other appliances such as a minipimer, blender, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine, plates, glasses and pots.
