About this villa rental

A short distance from sailing, scuba diving, and more, this pet-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Lungomare Angelo Ciccione is an easy 10-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 3-minute drive to Budello di Alassio.

After you return to this 1292-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink on the deck or patio; you may also like the outdoor furniture and BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

As you settle into this 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a safe, and a desk. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. We were very happy with the small villa, overlooking the bay of Alassio. It is an eight minute walk to the beach, yet the house is very quiet since above the city and in a dead-end road located. It is very well equipped and spacious for 4-6 people. The pool could be heated and hence be used even when it is a bit colder outside, but that would just top up the really nice place Luigi lend us. Thanks again for his availabilities and giving everthing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 5 star rating!

We are a family of 5 adults that spent 1 week in the villa. Absolutely beautiful, spacious villa with fabulous views over Alassio. Very well equipped kitchen. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge area , a conservatory that we used as the dining room because of the fabulous views . Outside oven & BBQ area with all you need for lighting & cooking. Plenty of outdoor space & seating areas . Luigi is a fabulous host & seems to have thought of everything you may need . You definitely need a car if you are staying at the villa , you can walk to the beach & shops but it's all uphill coming back ! Excellent WiFi, even a small selection of games for people to use . Very good smart TV that you can connect to if you want .

Dear Luigi, Thank you for the usage of your lovely house. All of us very much appreciated your house, its position on the hills of Alassio and the incredibly beautiful view. All the facilities needed were available. We stayed with six people and never had a problem with an inadequacy of glases, cutlery or any such things. We all loved the terraces, even with the rainy days we could have breakfast or dinner at the porch next to the dining room. With the sunny days we could use the terrace next to the barbecue. In short we had a wonderful stay at your house. If we would come back to Alassio we would definitely return to you. Although we arrived very late you and your wife were there to welcome us. We all very much appreciate your hospitality. You're a great host. Many thanks for everything, Henk&Jolanda, Janna∧re, Elly&Raoul.
