Includes both upstairs & downstairs with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, 2 living spaces as well as a brand new 3 person pull out bed. The perfect beach vibe for a group of friends, couples, or for the whole family.There is tons of room for anyone to create the most incredible experience.The peaceful location & bright decor makes for a trip to remember. There is a mini grocery store about right underneath the apartment that has all the necessities you need. The meat store is about 45 seconds to the left of the house. And just about 2 minutes from the house is the pharmacy and gym. If you are wanting a night out to enjoy dinner, there are restraints near the apartment with authentic Ligurian cuisine. 2023 updates: Brand new shower installed in master downstairs bedroom. Brand new mattresses in both downstairs and upper master bedroom. Brand new couch that is a 3 person pull out couch
