Komplett renovierte, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhigem leicht erhöhten Wohnquartier. 5 Fussminuten zum Bahnhof mit Zugverbindungen entlang der Küste. 3 Schlafzimmer mit je TV und Klimaanlage, 2 Nasszellen (Toilette + Dusche) und einen langen Balkon. Der sympathische Vermieter mailte uns vorgängig umfassende Informationen zur Wohnung und Umgebung. Unkomplizierte, transparente Abwicklung. Bei Rückfragen ist Daniele jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.
Zeitweise schwierige Parkplatzsituation, wie oft in italienischen Küstenorten.

perfekte ruhige Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr gute Ausstattung - ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppe, sauber und sehr hell & freundlich. Meerblick das Tüpfelchen auf dem i
Parkplatzverfügbarkeit schwankend - bezahlte Parkplätze 30 EUR pro Tag (aber nah) - ist aber ein generelles Problem in Alassio, tut der Wohnung nichts ab. Wir haben ca. 500m weg in einer Querstrasse geparkt und alles zu Fuss gemacht, Bus Richtung Ventimiglia oder Finale Ligure auch eine verlässliche Option

Propriétaires très sympathiques et serviables ! Tout était très propre et les équipements à disposition étaient bien disposés. Netflix un plus ! J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
