Bright and spacious room with functional furnishings, very nice rural location, good breakfast.
Some problems with electronic payment, since we were being asked to make full payment despite only eco tax was due. System kept generating request reminders. However, Guest Executive on online chat was very helpful. Some smells coming from bathroom drains/toilet, had to keep windows open.

The accommodation itself is really nice. The area it is in is quiet, the rooms are really nice, and we loved that we had our own private pool.
Pool towels were provided by the hotel.
Breakfast had dairy-free milk available.
When we arrived to the accommodation, the self-check-in code that was given to us didn't work. There is no one at the reception and you have to call and wait in a queue to be assisted. I felt like the hotel lacked some hospitality as there was no staff to be seen anywhere.
We loved that we had a private pool, but the neighbours were shouting very loudly and children were splashing over us from the balconies above (we had the ground floor pool). Of course this isn't the fault of the hotel.
I saw some reviews of the breakfast before booking and they are right - there is a bit of a lack in breakfast options. I have a dairy allergy so my options were some beans and toasts. They had some cold cuts and basic cereals. For the amount of people the hotel was hosting, the food at breakfast ran out very quickly and it's also too crowded area with very little food.
Our toilet flushing didn't work.

It’s my fourth time visiting and I live the hotel decor and spacious rooms.
Before breakfast used to be excellent with a variety of food - not so much anymore - quite basic. I was told there was a change in management not sure if it is true and if it is, it was part of the reason for the lack of variety. Also the fact that if you have an issue you have to call a designated number rather than speaking to staff, has put me off.
