The Segond Hotel

The room was perfect, well decorated and good size. Hotel was very nice and clean. We appreciated the fact that there was a power cut in the locality, but the hotel still provided us with electricity. We kept enjoying our stay thanks to this. Street area was very quiet and with good parking.

For price paid, we expected a larger pool in upper deck. Also a better breakfast - for example some food and cutlery items were not topped up for the amount of visitors. They were both okay but not worth the money paid. We would rethink booking again, however for a lower price, they would be good. Having said this, staff were very nice with us but it seemed they were understaffed.

Comfortable, quiet room with all amenities.

Rooftop pool area is totally unstaffed.. not even one person to ask for an extra umbrella or anything you might need. Also, the area is a bit dilapidated.. there's a cigarette machine, but not drinks machine. Also, no bathroom near the pool or in the same building.. you must cross the road to the other building to use the bathroom.
