Tutto, casa molto bella, zona comoda per andare in piazza Bra (centro) con 4-5 fermate di bus, a piedi in 15 min si arriva in stazione. Personale veramente gentilissimo, ci ha fatto trovare acqua e bevande per la colazione, molto apprezzato. Check-in velocissimo e dal vivo, cosa ormai rara da trovare nel 2025, fa sempre piacere capire chi hai davanti. Letti comodi, e cuscini anche.

パラオリンピアでのバレーボールの試合を見に行くため、徒歩圏内で探しました。夜20時開始の試合でしたので安全かどうか不安でしたが、とても近く、また途中のサッカースタジアムが明るくて帰り道も心配する必要はありませんでした。イタリア語も英語も満足にできない私とは、翻訳機を通してのやり取りでしたが、マルコさんはとても親切に対応してくださいました。 お部屋もバスルームも美しく清潔で、必要な物はなにもかもありました。また、観光案内のパンフレットの他、チェントロへ歩きやバスでの行き方の説明もあり、きっと助けになるでしょう。バス停やカフェも近いので便利です。
バスルームの排水が、やや時間がかかるようでしたが、待てる程度です。

Marco was very friendly and helpful. Good public transport and helpful to be able to park. Quiet neighbourhood with a couple of restaurants and cafes.
Although there was a microwave unsure as to why it was there as no pots to even prepare a breakfast. Only had two cups beakers and spoons.if had had a couple of plates bowls spoons etc could have done a simple breakfast. Shower and bathroom very small and was very hot as only a ceiling fan. I did t find the bed or pillows very comfortable.

This is not an apartment. It's just a room with a very small refrigerator and a big coffee pot.
