It is an upgrade from standard chain hotels at a comparable price
The refrigerator & microwave were in the common area not in private room.

One night stay, reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area, but overall the industry has lost its mind. I am noticing a 50% increase in hotel costs since COVID so I do not travel as much and I do everything I can to avoid hotels
Nothing really. The building and hotel are unique and quant. Maintenance could be better, but most people will not see the issues that I as a long time homeowner who does my own maintenance sees, but the issues will cause larger problems down the road.

It was a lovely grand house. Entry and parking were very smooth. Large room was nice.
Bathroom needed a bit of attention. Tiny bath and plastic shower cubicle 🙃 sink in the bedroom 🤨. Not what I expected plus it was described as a deluxe king suite so I expected our own living room which wasn’t the case. Still haven’t had a reply regarding this!!!
