Amazing service, fresh and clean. Amazing garden where you can enjoy a cold drink from the fridge. Close to the beach (150 meters). Very happy couple running the business, no english but the woman called her daughter on the phone and she kindly translated. They gave me and my friend a beer each to enjoy in the sun, just amazing.
It says that it is beachfront, which it is not, but it is very close to the beach with some other hotels in between Garden Rooms and the beach.

It was very clean and new. Everything from AC, over internet to bed quality was great. The host lady was very kind and welcoming despite our language barrier

Everything. The facilities, the beds, the bathroom, the outdoor kitchen. Way to go!
I was expecting a bigger garden, but this one was fine as well.
