Stayed there for 13 nights with my family and would recommend to everyone! Absolutely enjoyable. The owner IVI was extremely helpful in anything and very caring. A true gentleman. He even arranged a security guy during the night for the safety of his tourists. Would definitely visit this place again!

Pros:
- the owner (Ivo) was always there assisting the guests.
- the rooms were big, the bathrooms were modern and fully renovated.
- nice shady parking place in front of the room.
- literally 30 seconds from the beach. Close to shops, restaurants and bars.
- the price!
The cons are not related to the hotel:
- a little crowded on the beach (compared to Golem)
- garbage bins overflowing everywhere (tipical problem met all over Albania)

Location was the best thing about this vila
The soundproff of the room was inexistent.
You coud hear everything the was hapening in the rooms next to you and in the street.
The bathroom had only a fixed shower head which is not suitable for small children.
Also the kitchenette had very few things that you coud use to prepare something at least in the morning.
I whoud not stay there with family never again.
It is better suited for low buget and young people
