Friendly owner Made us feel like home

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the villa. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The only small suggestion for improvement would be that the Wi-Fi could be a little faster/more reliable. Other than that, everything was great, and we would happily stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was exactly as described, and we immediately felt at home. The location was convenient and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations and we had a very pleasant experience.

Our family has now stayed at Vila Gersina more than once, and each visit reminds us why we keep coming back. Traveling with my teenage kids and my 5-year-old, it is not always easy to find a place that feels comfortable for everyone but Vila Gersina truly does. The hospitality is exceptional. From the moment we arrive, we are welcomed so warmly that it feels less like checking into accommodation and more like returning to friends. The hosts are attentive, kind, and always willing to help, which makes the whole stay feel relaxed and personal. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy for our whole family to settle in and rest after a day by the sea. And of course, being there means enjoying the beauty of sunny Albania by the sea :). The atmosphere is peaceful, the air is fresh. What makes Vila Gersina special for us is that it feels consistent and welcoming every time we come back. It’s a place we trust and look forward to returning to. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine Albanian hospitality family run business, comfort, and a lovely seaside stay. We will certainly be back again :) :)

Nothing really, the internet can be spoty at times, but I didn't mind, a great reasons for my teens to stay off the phone and have a conversation with us :))

Was clean and most of the primal necessities were there, working and/or clean.

Not everything worked. The AC remote was broken, and i had to constantly call my brother from his room next to mine, to turn it ON/OFF using the remote from his room. No hot water. No water during the night. So if you get up at 3 AM to poop, it would remain there up until morning. No warm water during the night, because it is solar panel based, so you should get a cold shower or 2ait until noon the next day.. I'm all for "environmentally friendly" but not to the point that you should get a shower only during the day, and still wait for warm water to come down. Mind you, warm, not hot.
