We enjoyed our stay in the flat and appreciated the excellent location, close to lake and town
Excellent location. Flat was a very good size and well equipped
Television was broken. Cupboard door in kitchen broken and hanging loose. No washing machine though we were aware of that already. Had to contact agency to be told they knew about broken tv and had been ordered.

Appartement très bien pour un séjour en famille (nous y sommes allés avec notre enfant de 3 ans)
Appartement spacieux, avec beaucoup de rangement, une place de parking et un local vélo, emplacement idéal pour allez à la plage de Sevrier à pied. Appartement qui tiens le frais malgres les chaleurs. Les bornes vélo électrique prêter par la ville d’Annecy au pied de la location sont super pratique. Résidence au calme
La douche qui se règle mal en température, et un manque de ventilation (wc notamment). Manque un peu de couvert et une machine à laver pour être parfait !
