Nice and clean.

Private and self contained. Private parking within the property.

Unable to control central heating but wasn’t an issue as the host put it on and can be controlled by turning down the radiators. Living space was a bit compact that I was expecting.

10/10! Great accommodation

Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends. Lovely owners and really nice place to stay (felt a bit spoilt actually because it was so nice). The cottage is based in a safe neighbourhood behind the owners home. We were able to park the rental car in the backyard in front of the cottage and then bus into Belfast (approx 20 mins away, less stressful than driving in). Paul, one of the owners, runs tours of the Troubles (highly recommend booking through Paul, you won't regret it and will recieve 5 hours of information packed into 2 hours!).

Perfect for a few days stay in Belfast with or without a car

The location on the outskirts of Belfast was ideal, away from the major roads so very quiet. There were a couple of takeaways and a small supermarket nearby which made catering easy. The kitchen facilities were excellent with everything you needed. There was a secure off road parking space just outside the door. The local bus service into Belfast was superb, regular and cheap and everyone was so friendly, if you looked lost someone was always happy to help. The Troubles Tour given by Paul was very interesting and thought provoking and brought the problems and dangers into sharp focus. Martina was an excellent host and responded to any queries very promptly and helpfully. The wifi was excellent.

We could not get the television to work but as we did not ask for help and the wifi was excellent this was not really a problem.

It was lovely owners were so helpful. I was in belfast for hip replacement operation so I was very limited to where I could eat on first night but owners were so helpful. I was in hospital for 2nd night but my husband loved it too

It was clean, well equipped and cosy. Felt so welcome at check in and they went the extra mile for my partner’s birthday. We enjoyed every minute spent there.

Couple 3-night stay

The accommodation was beautiful and Martina and Paul are lovely hosts. They made us feel very welcome and the personal touch for my husband's birthday was lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them. The accommodation is very modern with everything you need. The accommodation is just a short stroll away from all the local bus stops that get you into the city centre in no time. Martina kindly put a letter together with places of recommendation to go which was helpful. This was our first trip to Belfast. We would highly recommend Unique Stay at Belfast for however short or long your stay. 😊

Exceptional

I loved everything about this property. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, they left a list of recommendations with places to eat etc and this was very useful. There is parking onsite at the apartment. The apartment itself was spotless clean, cosy and had all the essentials and cooking facilities. A comfortable bed and excellent shower made the stay comfortable. It's an excellent location, 10 minutes to The Black Mountains, 30 minutes to Cave Hill and 20 minutes to Belfast City. Great location for hiking/outdoor activities but also so convenient for getting into the city. I would highly recommend if visiting Belfast, honestly you won't find nicer hosts in Belfast.

Outstanding.

Everything. The apartment is just fabulous : beautifully done with a stunning painting in the living room/kitchen. Martina and Paul could not do enough to help one out and are warm, charming, welcoming hosts. Paul's mate even came over to sort something out a minor hitch. (I couldn't switch on the brand new really posh digital oven.) I could not recommend it more. What are you waiting for. Stop dithering and just book it.
