Has potential bit still needs some work to be done

Nice view

It took us 30 minutes of walking around and a stranger's help to find the place. Very cramped parking place especially if you come with a large SUV. Have to climb stairs (for those with lots of luggage). Dirty linen, almost non-existant breakfast, kettle not working, a bit run down place. With a bit of effort can be finetuned. Oh, and the bell of a church is just a few meters away from your windows. Bring earplugs.

Parking was pretty tight however that’s how it is in the villages . Villamontagna needs to be added to the location. We rang the contact number but informed that this number doesn’t work any longer , we had to ask around to be shown location. Needed assistance from local to obtain key .

Definitely room from improvement! Appartment itself is okay.

It was a good location with views on the mountain. It was nice to be able to park inside the garage. The appartment itself was clean and quite large.

For the check in it was mandatory to contact the host by phone. However if you chose for this option it would be very convenient if you are able to understand english. Our host didnt understand and ended the conversation. We continued over email where i had to translate the italian to my language, not a very kind way for a check in. Breakfast was included we were with two persons but is was very very limited (1 egg for 2 persons are we supposed to cut in half?). There was also a coffee machine but no coffe after a long ride that would have been nice to have. It was also very hard to lock the door (key didnt work well). In the evening the gate via which you have to enter the property was locked so we had to climb over a closed fence to get in. The shower was at its best half warm and with 2 persons in the bed you would glide to the middle part. So there is room for improvement.

Superb

Spotless and tastefully decorated. A lot of thought and work put into making B&B L'edera a beautiful place to stay. Wonderful hostess. Superb breakfasts. Gorgeous location. Great facilities.

Really no complaints at all. The water in the shower could have been warmer and the pillows a bit softer, but compared to the wonderful experience here, these minor things were not important.

Beautiful wee flat

The flat was beautiful, the bed comfy. Breakfast a wee bit disappointing as there was nothing fresh BUT what there was, was tasty especially the biscuits. The view was beautiful...our night was kinda noisy as someone was trundling something on the cobbles outside and it sounded like their end destination was the flat below ..BUT that might have been a one off...there's a pretty large window between the kitchen and the bathroom, it's not clear glass but enough to see shapes etc (a bit off putting) the bathroom is spacious . Needs a wee blind.. we ate at the restaurant suggested by the host and thoroughly enjoyed our food...The flat is lovely with lots of cute wee decorative additions. if you're a nervous driver at all maybe this isn't for you as to get to the flat with the beautiful view you have to make your way through some tight streets but to us it was worth it...

Een magere voldoende.

Een aardig, klein, net appartement. Gebruikt op doorreis naar Umbrië.

Zelf was ik niet erg gelukkig met het bed, slap matras. Hoewel we geboekt hadden inclusief ontbijt, werden we verrast toen we arriveerden, dat er geen ontbijt geserveerd werd. Hier hadden we wel voor betaald. Een week later heeft Booking.com dit probleem voor ons opgelost. Klasse Booking.com.

Un bell'appartamento nei pressi di Trento ad un ottimo prezzo.

Un bell'appartamento grande, nuovo, ben arredato. Ci siamo fermati qui per spezzare il viaggio da Roma per arrivare sulle dolomiti. Prezzo ottimo. Proprietaria molto gentile.

Mi aspettavo una bella colazione come descritto in fase di prenotazione, invece la proprietaria aveva comunicato a booking.com che dal 1° gennaio 2026 non veniva più servita. Mancavano saponi.

Bene ma non benissimo

Vista stupenda, con tanto di panchina per ammirare il panorama. L'alloggio era bello spazioso. Bene anche il self chek-in e checkout. Paesino tranquillissimo, con supermercato raggiungibile a piedi.

Purtroppo i cuscini erano troppo alti e duri, ed è stato proprio difficile addormentarsi (alla fine abbiamo dormito senza). Avrei preferito poter modificare la temperatura dell'ambiente, perché era impostata troppo alta. Gli asciugamani erano davvero ruvidi e duri, grattavano quasi sulla pelle. La colazione era abbondante ma solamente dolce (troppo dolce) e non abbiamo potuto lavare le tazze usate perché non c'era nessuno detersivo per piatti.

Struttura non all’altezza delle recensioni

Metratura generosa

Difficoltà nel trovare l’appartamento. Mancanza di parcheggio. Scarsa pulizia. Asciugamani viso e bidet vecchi e ruvidi. Mancanza set di cortesia doccia. Asse del water rotto. Cuscini di pietra. Ante cucina senza pomelli e quindi di difficile apertura. Colazione: al nostro arrivo e dietro nostra richiesta di informazioni, la proprietaria ci avvisa tramite WhatsApp (dato che non l’abbiamo mai vista) che la colazione sarebbe stata consegnata la mattina seguente sul davanzale esterno della finestra della cucina. Rientrando a casa dopo cena, ci siamo accorti che c’erano già sul davanzale un brick di latte e due alzatine con dentro alcuni dolci, dando l’impressione che fossero gli avanzi del giorno precedente. Con nostra spiacevole sorpresa, la mattina seguente abbiamo ritrovato le stesse identiche cose, con la sola aggiunta di un biscotto. Il tutto era ovviamente congelato per le rigide temperature e quindi non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Alles in allem ein sehr netter und schöner Auftenthalt

toller Ausblick; gute Busanbindung; übersichtlicher kleiner Ort mit allem, was man braucht; sehr ruhig gelegen

Die Parksituation ist neben der Kirche nicht ganz einfach und wurde bei unserem Auftenhalt von der Gastgeberin "organisiert". Bei unserer Abreise war der Zugang zu unserem Auto durch andere Gäste versperrt, so dass wir unser Gepäck komplett um die Kirche zum Auto tragen mussten. Das kann in Abhängigkeit von der Gepäckmenge schon nervig werden

A acomodação não é central, no entando como estavamos de carro foi fácil deslocar ate o local e de la até os nossos outros destinos. O quarto é suer equipado e charmoso, a vista da janela e a igueja que tem quase de frente dão o charme. Ficamos super satisfeitos.

o café da manha poderia ser mais generoso, principalmente com a opções salgadas! O check - in foi meio confuso, penso que poderia ter mais orientação e contato com o hospede, e indicções placas de publicidade e orientação na acomodação.

Schön, aber mit Luft nach oben.

Apartment war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und auch warm ( Ende Oktober) Sehr geräumig! Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, die Polster (für uns) zu hart.

Die Parkplatzsituation war schwierig, weil man nur auf der Straße parken konnte (aber kein Platz frei war) Es ist schon ein Stück außerhalb und oberhalb von Trient. Das Frühstück wurde in der Früh vor Fenster gestellt ( hatten wir aber nicht gleich gesehen - ind leider war es auch sehr mager, (Küchlein in Plastik) Eine einzige Kapsel p/P für Kaffee . W-Lan Info mussten wir nachfragen, weil nicht sichtbar war, was wie wo. Das hat dann aber funktioniert.

Vista é maravilhosa

Travesseiros altos e duros, cama com colchão mole, café da manhã simples e muito doce, faltando faca nos itens de mesa. Já tem outros feedbacks nas avaliações e valeria a pena a proprietária avaliá-los, pois a acomodação já teve uma nota alta no Booking, há uns anos atrás.

La posizione è ottima per visitare Trento e la valsugana. La proprietaria gentilissima si è resa molto disponibile. Facile trovare il b&b e le chiavi. Contrariamente alle precedenti recensioni, vi dico che le strade non sono così strette e che i parcheggi abbondano nelle vicinanze! Le colazioni fantastiche, ancora le sogno.

Bell appartamento, ben organizzato e funzionale, in zona collinare con vista sulla valle, tranquillissimo. Letto comodo, bagno ben organizzato. Ampia cucina abitabile. Buona colazione inclusa.

Appartamento con vista

L’appartamento è molto carino! Affacciato su una vista magnifica in un piccolissimo paesino sopra Trento dove non c’è molto altro se non il b&b stesso. Complimenti per il bagno tutto nuovo e moderno, sanitari a posto, pulito e ordinato. Ma questo in linea generale di tutta la casa. Ad accoglierci all’ingresso un fantastico coniglietto di casa e un giardino molto carino.

L’unica cosa che rivedrei è la struttura della colazione. La macchinetta del caffè non funzionava e il latte in frigo era aperto. Proporrei una colazione meno chimica e più artigianale soprattutto con prodotti tipici trentini.

Er waren veel tegenvallers, zeker na een lange reis.

Het was een huisje met een aparte badkamer, slaapkamer en eetruimte.

Wij kwamen na een hele lange reis ‘s avonds aan. De b&b is gelegen in een klein straatje, zonder parking. Wij vonden de accommodatie niet eens en er was ook niemand te bespeuren. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de bazin en zij heeft ons toen via whatsapp uitgelegd hoe we binnen konden. In de frigo lag nog overschot van de personen voor ons. Het ontbijt was ook heel simpel.

Mancava una coppia di asciugamani, eravamo in due, e un asciugamano era umido in bagno. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere le cialde per caffè e the ma ci son state date solo quelle per il caffè, una a testa.

Underbart ställe, fantastiskt utsikt och oerhört rymligt!

Frukosten var minst sagt medelmåttig och kan vara värt att veta att det inte finns någon resturang inom gång avstånd så om man inte vill åka med till trento så får man göra som vi, värma en lasagne från den närliggande butiken( det var bättre än det låter).

Mi dispiace dover dare un voto negativo, perché la stanza è bella e spaziosa, ma il soggiorno non è stato affatto piacevole né rilassante. Siamo arrivati alle 21 e abbiamo trovato la struttura poco pulita, con molta polvere, il bagno non lavato e senza carta igienica né prodotti per la colazione. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata difficile, poiché i messaggi su WhatsApp non le arrivavano. È arrivata improvvisamente a bussare alla porta per consegnarci la colazione, e le ho segnalato i problemi. Ha portato subito la carta e pulito il bagno, cosa apprezzabile, ma sono dettagli che un gestore dovrebbe controllare prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti, soprattutto arrivando tardi. Inoltre, l’ambiente era un po’ freddo, specialmente per la doccia, nonostante fosse pubblicizzato il riscaldamento, che però funzionava solo dalle 6 del mattino. Potenziale ce n’è, ma serve qualche accorgimento in più prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti e qualche lavoretto in giro aggiungo che se non siete amanti della luce la mattina le tende oscuranti ci sono ma contano ben poco

Ci siamo trovati benissimo e posto incantevole!

L'edera è collocata in questo piccolo paesino in alto tra le montagne. Alla mattina quando ti svegli c'è un panorama stupendo! L'appartamento è davvero molto carino e c'è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. L'host ha pensato davvero a tutto e la gentilezza migliore è al mattino quando ti lascia la colazione sulla finestra! Tutto è ben curato e pulito. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Può sembrare un po' scomoda la posizione ma ci sono vari parcheggi nella zona e anche un supermercato.
