It’s closer to the train station, shops and restaurants. The property was clean with enough space for everyone to enjoy in their own way. Would definitely book again.
We couldn’t get the front door to lock from outside, wasn’t a huge issue as we could use the rear door.

Great location in Windermere. Lovely cottage with an absolutely gorgeous kitchen and a very cosy livingroom with an open fire.
The main bed was very squeaky, slightly broken and not very comfortable. Parking was a bit awkward as it's a tight squeeze to get in, but we got used to it. The basement room was great as a concept, but not very cosy, so we did not spend any time there (didn't matter though as the livingroom was lovely).
