Beautiful scenery Friendly welcome from the manager on duty Extra cooler box in the tent which helps due to the small fridge. Hot tub was amazing. Communication on WhatsApp prior and during stay was brilliant. Beautiful gardens to walk or ride your bikes. We stayed for 6 nights and that didnt feel like long enough.
Plug points were not working and took some time to fix. How they did make a plan with an extension cord as an interim measure so this was not a train smash. For families staying longer consider basic service like towel change service and clearing out the bin packets. There are limited lake facing units so if you dont request one in advance you will be a little disappointed.

From the pre arrival messages, to the warm welcome from Neil at reception. The premium tent no 12 was exceptional, all equipment brand new. The breakfast basket for the next morning was perfect. The tent is nothing but 5 star! Sitting in the hot tub with the views are added bonuses and the tranquility is just food for the soul!
