Stairway Attention to issues raised

Quietness at the lodge, I managed to do my work at a noise free place.

The television was not functioning, and there are no air conditioners

I like the location of the guest house. I like that it was clean and well maintained. I really like the friendliness of the staff.

I think the property has really strong potential and needs a couple of things to be sorted: 1. There need to be very clear demarcated parking. When I was there, there was a guest parked on the ramp going up. That ramp led to the room where I stayed, so access was blocked and I had to use the stairs. For accessibility, have demarcated parking so that guests aren't limited in terms of access to the rooms they're staying in. 2. There are stairs everywhere, including around the swimming pool and inside the house, that do not seem safe. The stairs inside the house are very short in terms of width. You essentially have to walk sideways to go upstairs, and the structural integrity feels questionable. That feels like a hazard. The stairs outside do not have any railings for guests to hold on to. Again, another safety concern. 3. The guest house is termed as being self-catering, but there's no way to cater within the room. There's no fridge, there's no microwave, and there's no sink. What the guest house needs to do is actually have catering that, at a minimum, offers guests breakfast in the morning. 4. The rooms do not have desks for guests who travel and are working. That is uncomfortable. For me, they had to bring in a round table from the pool side to my room to enable me to work and a pool chair, which was not entirely comfortable, but I do appreciate the effort. 5. It was also quite a bit of noise when I arrived. My room was downstairs, and there were guests playing music and having extremely loud conversations outside. There need to be some rules to ensure that guests are comfortable. 6. Another idea would be for there to be dispensers within the showers - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. I was downstairs and my shower head worked properly. My friends were in the master room upstairs with no shower head, so they had quite an uncomfortable shower experience.
