The location

The cutlery and outdoor kitchen needs an upgrade

The setting on the river is really beautiful. Tent and bathroom were clean.

The equipment is in need of urgent upgrade, especially the plastic chairs at the braai, as well as plastic plates and tumblers. Consider it more backpacker standard than glamping.

The Tent Unit was neat and comfortable. Shower was great and always warm water. Had a fan, kettle and mosquito net for the evenings. Lights were sufficient inside. Yes very peaceful and we did rest.

Kitchenette or rather utensicils were not clean, only one Tupper dish, no braai pan or so for putting your meat. Braai tongs were broken and sharp knifes were blunt. Surroundings were not maintained. Garden and walking area to pool was not tidy. Only 2 units on premises. Not fully booked as per booking.com I understand there was floods but the place does not compare to the photos on the website. No views from pool. They need to update because 3rd tent completely gone and a toiltet and half shower left. We expected staff to clean, and our braai area but no staff. Owner left on the Saturday morning. Although we are campers we paid for the luxury that was not given. Bathroom at pool not working. Small pool green, Cupbourd on pool stoep dirty inside. Broken tiles around pool side. Main house on top of pool and untidy and not pleasant to view. Dogs barking constantly when you are at the pool area. Non campers will not be impressed we know how to wing certain situations. The list goes on, I do have photos to prove all of this.
