The convenient to surrounding amenities and the location

Hospitality from the cleaners.
I waited for three hours at the gate with no one to assist me with checking in, when the receptionist came (Lydia), she doesn't even apologize. She's making excuses. She even told me not to come to the lodge again. She is a very arrogant person who knows nothing about hospitality. I was so disappointed with her being so unprofessional.
Swimming pool is dirty. Recoffy is served.
