Brilliant place to stay just 10/15 minutes from old town, quiet, clean, perfect place to stay for those having a busy holiday in Dubrovnik and looking for somewhere to stay, any questions about the property or area, the owner was easy to contact and help out

The location. Very close to the old town. Nearby the trail to go to the view point, some supermarket and restaurant. Even close to go to the port where you will find all the water activities. Good for a night or two. Very quiet. Little view on the see. Good communication with the owner :)
Missing a coffee machine ! Or at least a few instant coffee, knowing that there is no coffee shop nearby. Especially when you arrive late at night... A lot of humidity and some smell (like there is a water damage going on). Very difficult air flow inside and you cannot sleep with the windows open as there are other people going in and out. A bit complicated if you have respiratory problem.
