Room ALFA

lovely little place with everything you need- company bed, nice warm shower, fridge and kettle. The location is very good just a bit of a climb to come back after a day at the old town- but fine as long as you are Ok with steps. Cannot praise the owner/ staff enough- they were extremely kind and accommodating, allowing us to stay in the room longer for no extra charge when my partner was unwell. This was an extremely kind gesture that will not be forgotten. Nothing was too much hassle, always willing to help. Cannot recommend enough, thank you so much

Nothing

Very clean & secure. Had everything we needed for our stay.

There are a lot of steps between the old town & the property, we knew this when booking but we just didn’t realise how difficult it would be with the heat.

Brilliant place to stay just 10/15 minutes from old town, quiet, clean, perfect place to stay for those having a busy holiday in Dubrovnik and looking for somewhere to stay, any questions about the property or area, the owner was easy to contact and help out

No issues

The location. Very close to the old town. Nearby the trail to go to the view point, some supermarket and restaurant. Even close to go to the port where you will find all the water activities. Good for a night or two. Very quiet. Little view on the see. Good communication with the owner :)

Missing a coffee machine ! Or at least a few instant coffee, knowing that there is no coffee shop nearby. Especially when you arrive late at night... A lot of humidity and some smell (like there is a water damage going on). Very difficult air flow inside and you cannot sleep with the windows open as there are other people going in and out. A bit complicated if you have respiratory problem.
