Apartment Debos - One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View

New to Dubrovnik we were not aware of how tight parking can be. You might very well get parking nearby but likely five or 10 minute walk. That said you should never need nor use your car during your stay unless driving out of Dubrovnik . The unit itself is super clean and charming. Though I can’t say we spent a lot of time on the balcony. It’s as advertised with an ocean view all be it one between other buildings, but this is the case for just about everything at this price point and it met my expectations. Check-in was a little clumsy, but we were coming in later, the sun had set and the owner didn’t provide a direct method of communicating. Would recommend you email them so you have a number handy should you need it. GPS is imperfect. We’ll just say it was 50% our fault and 50% their fault. But I definitely would recommend the space and the condition was outstanding.

I had a great stay! The AC was amazing, the beds are comfortable and the place was spotless. It is a short walk to old town (lots of stairs but very doable if you like staying active). Communication was great and we were even brought a breakfast treat in the morning! Highly suggest staying here.

The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything you could want. The location was not convenient for us however. It was 330 stairs to old town and the return was not easy in the heat. The number three bus was not regular on the weekend and didn’t run much during the week. A lovely apartment and host, not great location for everyone.

This apartment seemed recently renovated. Fresh paint, new furniture and kitchen equipment. Very nice. Great king size bed with luxury linens. The location requires some luggage carrying from any taxi point...35 steps down/up to a busy main road or 100+ steps up/down from the lower access point. We were fine with it, but some may have physical difficulties with luggage. We were hoping for a better view down to Old Town, but it wasn't promised in the advertising, so not disappointed, just hoping. We could see most of the sunsetting on the hill from the terrace. Nice neighborhood supermarket on the walk to/from Old Town. Location is superb if you want to hike up Mt Srd. Little things were unusual (one A/C unit in the living room didn't equally cool off the bedroom and bathroom; kitchen was accessible from terrace but not directly from main room), but we thought the amenities, the linens, and the pricing made for an overall excellent visit.
