Room access early was not a problem. Very good communication with owner and her mother. Apartment was clean, tidy, relatively convenient to the old town and local supermarket. View from balcony was great and balcony itself was spacious.
Would recommend for a couple but although a second double sofa bed, not much room for 4 comfortably as sofa bed is also the sitting area for TV watching.
