Very noisy pub over the wall so lots of noise 1AM-2AM in morning. I would say it was very hot when we stayed and had the windows open.

Very clean, smells great, modern design, lovely windows, with all necessary supplies including towels, comfortable beds and couches, well functioning heaters and shower, well equipped kitchen for most important needs, calm area but close to lively city centre, nearby fast food restaurants and supermarket, clear information from host. Would warmly recommend it and would definitely choose it again when in Canterbury! Thank you for making our stay smooth and comfortable!

Little bit narrow pathway for car entrance but still good parking!

The property is modern and well maintained, with a contemporary layout. It is centrally located and includes on-site parking, which is a real advantage. The windows and doors are new and of very good quality, sealing extremely well against wind and cold. It is also conveniently located next to a large Sainsbury’s supermarket, which is very helpful when travelling, and within easy walking distance of the cathedral and the historic city centre, even in rainy weather. The kitchen is well equipped, and the ceramic cookware is a positive feature, as it is often not the case in short-term rentals.

The shower has very low water pressure, as it is an electric shower, which significantly affects comfort. Access to the property is via a very narrow mid-block entrance, requiring precise manoeuvring, especially with a medium-sized SUV. While manageable for confident drivers, it may be challenging for less experienced ones. Although the access instructions provided by the host were clear, GPS navigation struggled to correctly identify the postcode and access point, which made arrival more complicated than expected. It was also not immediately clear at the time of booking that one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the first floor, accessed via stairs, which could be a disadvantage for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility.
