Central location, big house, easy access, was available for the same day, proactive communication of host
Photos look way better than reality, house needs renovation, even though everything inside was tidy, it did not feel clean (dirty carpets, chairs, walls need new painting), dirty outside area, no dishwasher, time consuming procedure with separate contract, ID check and deposit, too expensive considering the above points
