The EV charging station wa a vice touch, but not enough for us to stay there next time.

The EV charging station was nice. The breakfast selection was fair.

The sheets had black stains on them. Our last night there, the thermostat died, such that were not able to adjust the room temperature. The bathroom door was glass, and though it did have a privacy feature, it did not block the light for those who were trying to sleep while others were showering. Also, the bathroom door would not lock. Lastly, the bath towels had bald spots where the fuzzy had come off. Time to replace those towels.

The location and parking were good.

The first room had a bad odor. I got changed to a second room that smelled the exact same way. I had dirty sheets in the second room and asked to be transferred back to the original room which they did for me.

Enjoyed our stay, would stay again!

Springfield suites was clean, staff friendly! We came into town for a funeral. So we were pleased that our room was very comfortable, beds, pillows; bathroom nice and roomy; also very quiet we were able to relax after our 4 hr drive.

The entrance lacks a little decor. We weren’t sure it was the entrance. I know style is minimalist - clean lines but the entrance wasn’t very inviting. But rooms were good! We didn’t care for the key card to have to turn on the electricity.

We enjoyed our stay.

We had a problem with our tv and with a power outlet. The girl on the night shift was very apologetic, responsive and not afraid to try fixing the issues herself. We also really enjoy the breakfast and appreciate the modern well kept rooms.

The outlet meant to power the fridge and microwave was not working, and the picture on the tv randomly went out one night.

Love this hotel and will be booking again for future stays

It’s in a perfect location, so many stores and food locations near by. The staff is friendly and check in/check out process is fast. I love this hotel was my 2nd time staying here and will continue to book here in the future. The rooms and restrooms are so spacious and clean. A very quiet location and so much parking space available.

The fridge had a weird smell, but besides that everything was perfect.

Walls are too thin. Noise from neighboring rooms (TVs, conversations, music, etc.). Not enough towels in room given limited housekeeping services. WiFi went down on our last night and created an issue when trying to check into flights online. Breakfasts tried to be too exotic. Bacon, eggs and waffles are good enough.

This hotel can't get any worse. Overpriced, understaffed, and very poorly maintained....

I wish they had hot oatmeal cooked on prem. Also, the staff doesn't check whether there's coffee or hot water promptly... The number of knishes is 12, so if you are #13 you must opt for the dry and tasteless scrambled eggs. The addition of nuts for the cereal is nice. Overall rating 3 on 1-10 scale.

1 employee person for the whole hotel, and that person is absent on both check-in and check-out; took 10-15 min waiting on both occasions... The property is very poorly maintained, many things don't work or outright broken...the mattresses are so soft that your back will be crying in the mooring...the fridge doesn't have freezer and is very old and cheap...not enough light in the room.

Scariest day of our lives and our concerns felt extremely dismissed by staff.

We love Spring Hill Suites hotels and have a stayed in various locations many times. Neighborhood appeared nice and facility was clean and spacious.

Upon arrival, I was locked out of glass foyer doors, at the moment, for an unknown reason. A man, who I thought might be an employee, was standing by the entrance and when asking him how to open the doors, I realized he was on drugs. I waved to get the hotel staff attention to let me in. As soon as the doors opened, I signaled my husband, who was gathering our luggage, to hurry inside. As he approached the doors, the man lunged at him and swung a "club" at him, while making threats to my husband's life. We asked the front desk to call police, as we called as well. The front desk staff was nonchalant and gave us our key. Our key didn't work and when returning for another key, we asked if we could leave with a full refund. We didn't feel safe, as the man was still outside the building and police never arrived. As we checked out, another desk staff never said a word as we expressed our concerns and was very dismissive.

I rated it a 7 for family, but I would rate it higher for a single traveler. The issue is the bathroom which has frosted glass doors. If you turn a light on for the bathroom in the middle of the night it lights up the entire room.
